In 2017, we have implemented and certified a food safety management system according to the requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification procedure. The FSSC 22000 certification has a very high status in the field of food technology and production, especially in the field of dairy products and ensures that our products are safe to eat and produced under conditions that meet all international quality standards.
In 2019, all of the company products were certified by the Halal Industry Development Center and found to meet all requirements of Halal standards regarding the production, manufacturing, processing, storage, transportation and sale of the products.
Sut Bulak Company is one of few companies with its own accredited laboratory according to the international standard GOST ISO/IEC 17025. Each stage of production, including milk reception, processing, cheese ripening and preparation for sale is controlled by the factory accredited laboratory.
