Sut Bulak CJSC has been producing high quality cheese and various kinds of dairy products under Dairy Spring and Milky Daou brands for almost 25 years.

Today the Sut Bulak Cheese Plant is not just an independent and technologically advanced cheese-making enterprise in Kyrgyzstan with a developed infrastructure. It is a production facility where advanced European technologies of cheese and dairy products production according to all international standards are applied, while maintaining traditional processes implemented using modern tools. The company has a well-developed system of milk collection, carried out through milk collection points in the villages of Tyup district of Issyk-Kul region. Excellent cheeses can be produced only with perfect milk. Therefore, our suppliers are the epitome of this quality! They are local farmers who herd their cows at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,200 meters above sea level and are very treasured to us. Every day we collect milk from the previous evening and from the early morning milking and process it within a few hours. We work only with mountain milk, so our cheeses have a special, different taste from other producers. Daily checks ensure impeccable quality. The implemented control system allows us to ensure high quality from the collected milk to the final product. We apply the strictest rules of hygiene. Checks are made daily, at every stage of production, right up to the sales process.
