In 2017, we have implemented and certified a food safety management system according to the requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification procedure. The FSSC 22000 certification has a very high status in the field of food technology and production, especially in the field of dairy products and ensures that our products are safe to eat and produced under conditions that meet all international quality standards

In November 2019, Sut Bulak, together with Spielhofer Swisscheese SA, participated in the Central Asian International Food Industry Exhibition «FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2019», where the entire range of products produced in Kyrgyzstan and Switzerland was presented. Our cheeses received the highest evaluation of the special jury, taking the 1st place in the professional tasting of food and beverages «Best Produce at FoodExpo Qazaqstan 2019» for Tilsit Classic, 45% and Wiesengold cheese of Dairy Spring brand and Tête de Moine AOP, Mont Soleil and Le Cavalier from Fromages Spielhofer SA
